This group is designed to help people who experience difficulties with depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships.
This is an ongoing group and people can join the group when there are openings. It is a small group; the maximum number of members is 8. People are welcome to stay in the group for as long as they need to work on the difficulties that brought them to the group. The group runs weekly and requires a commitment of regular attendance of at least several months in order to be of benefit.
